Have I mentioned this ISN'T the latest in a planned series of Wall-E pictures?

>clucking tongue noise<

What this is,however,is a revised version of something I submitted a few weeks ago;when I did the original,I had a lot of personal stuff on my mind, and didn't really think it through as art.The result was,to my eyes, something that looked stiff and ordinary, something that kept me coming back to it and saying,"C'mon, you can do better than THIS".

So I did.

Decent style and imaginative, but this idea is unworkable. Steampunk is applicable almost everywhere, but doesn't work with Wall-e to well.

Holy @#$%!

That's dedication man.

Ever thought of using Photoshop? You can do a lot more. Probably a whole comic book since you're very persistent.

Best,

JOe

Unfortunately,I'm a person of limited means---I don't even have a job right now.:(
I use MS Paint simply because it's on our family computer.Through the use of Photobucket,I'm able to add some visual effects to some of my work, and my brother recently uploaded Picasa 3 to our system, which gives me a little more creative freedom.
But when it comes right down to it,what I do is an extension of the drawing I've been doing since I was a kid, coupled with what I learned in college---and when I began doing art on a computer,I had to learn a whole new way of doing things, and believe me,it wasn't easy.My persistance is probably what got me to this point. :painter:

Dude, you're gonna like this.

There's a free software that's called Gimp that's about as good as Photoshop.

Download it. It's a bit hard to use at first but as you go along you'll learn that you can do a lot with it.

Different brushes, air brushing, layers,it's got everything Photoshop's got.

If I don't have Photoshop I'd probably be a Gimp user now :)

Good luck!
